MyCard is Enfuce’s card-issuing solution, designed to provide you with a simple and fast process of launching customised physical payment cards for your cardholders that suit your business requirements. If you have a requirement to provide physical cards to your cardholders, discuss the scope during commercial negotiations. Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will communicate with you the commercial details.
  • If you are an existing customer of Enfuce, you can raise your request with your CSM. The scope will be finalised through a Change Request (CR).
  • This capability is available for all our customers, irrespective of whether you are using our BIN sponsorship.

Enfuce’s Responsibility

Enfuce is responsible for the card personalisation and production with the chosen card bureau partner. We manage the process with the card bureau and help you throughout the onboarding and the ongoing operational process:
  • MyCard Onboarding
    • Ensure alignment on specifications, commercial scope, approvals, production readiness, and timelines.
    • Assist you in understanding card Scheme compliance requirements for providing physical cards.
    • Help you to align with the card bureau criteria — possibilities, options, limitations of physical cards, and materials used in manufacturing the cards.
    • If you are using Enfuce’s BIN sponsorship, we also provide support in selecting designs, for example, chip profile design, card design, and card carrier design.
    • Manage back-end operations, for example, API integrations and data mapping.
  • Ongoing operational support
    • Stock management and monitoring
    • Stock renewal coordination
    • Card/carrier/envelope design updates
    • Personalisation file sending
    • File cutoff time management
    • Handling noncompliant cards and card pulls
    • Handling card distribution and card delivery difficulties

MyCard Standard and MyCard+

We provide the following product types:
This is the basic product that offers a predefined template, comprising default specifications. The specifications are as follows:
You can remove the elements that you do not require, such as the signature panel or the magnetic stripe, if they are compliant with the card Scheme regulations.

MyCard+ includes enhanced features, configurations, and commercial elements that are not covered in the MyCard Standard product. You can avail advanced materials, premium finish, better security elements, bespoke packaging solutions, and other customisations that suit your business needs.

From operational and commercial perspectives, MyCard Standard is the foundational layer, while the MyCard+ is designed as a modular add-on framework, ensuring that any deviation or customisation is structured, priced, and implemented without compromising the scalability and the efficiency of the MyCard product.
