The rate limit is applicable per customer. However, we can configure customised limits for customers with specific requirements, and we also support API specific configurations. If you think your usage needs additional threshold, reach out to our customer support team.
Rate Limits
The default rate limit is 50 API requests/per second or 3000 API requests/per minute. If you exceed the rate limit, we return an HTTP response 429: Too Many Requests.
